Terms of service

We use a feature which allows the customer to design/create their own decal online. After placing your order, we recieve your design, in which we print, laminate, cut, package and finally ship it. If we recieve a glitch, or you forgot to customize it then your order will be refunded due to us not being able to see your design to print.
